f00 REPL

This is std/f00 compiled to WebAssembly and running in a Web Worker. Type a line, or click a preset. The VM's memory is a fixed arena that is never reclaimed, so a long session will fill it: watch the meter, and use Restart to start clean. Restart also stops a runaway loop. New to f00?
